TERMS AND CONDITIONS – KAGE LAMP
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products made on the Kage Lamp website, between Kage Lamp and any person making a purchase through the site.
1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Kage Lamp. Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, slight differences (particularly visual differences related to the shadow effect depending on wall surface) may occur without engaging the liability of Kage Lamp.
3. Prices Prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include all applicable taxes. Kage Lamp reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer with the order summary. Kage Lamp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.
5. Payment Payment is due immediately at the time of the order. All payments are secure and banking information is never stored by Kage Lamp.
6. Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of the order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Kage Lamp cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. Free shipping applies where stated on the website.
7. Right of Cancellation In accordance with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of cancellation. The product must be returned unused, in good condition and in its original packaging.
8. Refunds In the case of a compliant return, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after receipt and inspection of the product.
9. Warranty All products benefit from statutory consumer rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Liability Kage Lamp shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of its products. Kage Lamp's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Personal Data Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Force Majeure Kage Lamp shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure preventing the fulfilment of its obligations.
13. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
