1. Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, these times may be slightly extended. Kage Lamp cannot be held responsible for delays caused by exceptional circumstances.
2. Delivery We offer standard delivery:

- Free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time directly via the carrier's website.
