RETURN & REFUND POLICY – KAGE LAMP
At Kage Lamp, your satisfaction is our priority. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you have a set period to request a return and refund.
Right of Cancellation In accordance with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of cancellation.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
- All accessories (USB cable, stand) must be returned with the product
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Any product showing signs of use, scratches or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund Once the product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with either:
- A refund to your original payment method
- A store credit (based on your preference)
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Refund Conditions A refund will only be issued in the following cases:
- Product received damaged (photo evidence required within 48 hours)
- Product does not match the order
- Parcel officially declared lost by the carrier after investigation
Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- Parcel marked as "delivered" by the carrier
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Parcel refused upon delivery
- Dissatisfaction related to the visual effect (results may vary depending on wall colour and texture)
Timeframe All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
